Although we like chicken soup very much, we do it quite rarely. Instead, lately, having a patient in my family (operated mother), I did every two days that he was not allowed to do anything else. It has recovered so we are diversifying from now on.

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken soup:
The chicken is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces.
Boil in cold water with 1/2 teaspoon salt for 30 minutes and take the foam formed.
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it after 30 minutes.
Boil the chicken soup over low heat, without boiling to come out clear, about 2 hours.
Remove the meat and vegetables and strain the chicken soup into another pot.
Match the salt and bring to the boil and add the noodles when boiling.
Boil as written on the package and it is ready.
When the chicken soup is put on the plate, you can sprinkle it with chopped parsley if you like.
