For the other half of the countertop I used a different topping (last two pictures).

It is served with ketchup and who likes it, at the end a beer !!!

(for 2 trays): 500 g white flour, 15 g fresh yeast, salt, 250 ml warm water, a boneless chicken breast, 200 g pressed turkey ham, 100 g smoked ribs, a red pepper, 4-5 mushrooms, 250 g of cow's milk, 300 ml of tomato juice, 100 g of cheese, 2 eggs.

1. Knead an elastic flour dough with warm water in which I dissolved the yeast and a pinch of salt. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place a little.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into cubes, pressed ham and smoked ribs. The pepper is sliced ​​thinly, as well as the mushrooms, the telemea and the cheese are grated and the eggs are beaten well.

Divide the dough, cut in half, then spread in sheets of about 0.5 cm thick, which are placed in trays slightly greased with oil. and ribs, peppercorns and sliced ​​mushrooms, divide evenly over the beaten egg and grated cheese. Leave in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Tip: for a slightly crunchy pizza, portion it as soon as it has been taken out of the oven, and for a pizza with a soft top, cover the tray, approx. 10 minutes with a cotton towel.

Wheat pizza ingredient:

Pizza toping ingredient:

  • pepper
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • olive
  • basil and parsley

We prepare the dough for the pizza top as in the recipe presented some time ago. As the dough grows, we take care of the next steps for a delicious pizza.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce for the counter. Put 3-4 tablespoons of hot olive oil and garlic powder in a kettle, grate the tomatoes and add them over the hot oil together with the pepper, basil. For a spicy sauce, add a teaspoon of chilly or hot paprika. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.

We cut the chicken breast into thin strips on the side

and brown it in 2 teaspoons of olive oil. We always turn so that the chicken breast does not catch and each piece penetrates separately. When it is browned, take the pan off the heat.

In the meantime, the dough has risen enough and the sauce is ready so that we can move on to the final step: assembling the pizza.

Heat the oven to maximum temperature, grease the pizza pan with oil. We take a piece of dough enough to reach our pizza tray, so that the top is thin. On the work surface lined with flour, spread the dough in a round shape and then place it in the tray. Grease the dough with pizza sauce, after which we place the ingredients: browned chicken breast, bell peppers, olives, cheese and onion and tomato slices.

Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes at the highest temperature.

We serve pizza with hot chicken breast, with ketchup or homemade tomato sauce.

In the last picture your pizza looks fantastic, I bet it is delicious. I personally like pizza with lots of mushrooms or quattro seasons with mozzarella, sausages, fresh mushrooms, ham, salami, etc.

Pizza with marinated chicken breast, mozzarella and arugula leaves

For topping: 1/2 chicken breast, mozzarella, tomatoes, parmesan, ketchup, arugula.

For the marinade: paprika, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.

Method of preparation

In a large bowl combine flour, eggs, yeast (previously dissolved with a little water), salt and water. Knead the ingredients well until you get a uniform dough.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, knead and let it grow until it doubles in volume (about 40 minutes).

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the topping.

As the dough grows, prepare the chicken breast:

We cut it into long strips and put it in a bowl to marinate. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, thyme and sprinkle with oil.

Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes, until golden brown.

How do we prepare the chicken breast recipe in cream sauce?

Wash the chicken breast well and wipe with a paper towel then cut the fillets. If you buy chicken breast fillets directly, it's all the easier for you.

Season the meat slices with salt, pepper and paprika, then pass them through the flour on one side and on the other, shake them from the excess flour and fry them in olive oil or butter.

If you do not have olive oil you can also use sunflower oil but it burns faster, it is not as healthy plus the meat has a different taste.

Fry the meat lightly on one side and on the other until it browns well and then add water, about 200ml, the meat should be covered for about three quarters.

Let the meat simmer at the right heat, after about 15-20 minutes, the meat should be done.

Turn the heat to low and add the sour cream, crushed garlic and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently, leave for another 2 minutes and the food is ready! Taste and if necessary add a little more salt and freshly ground pepper.

To make it easier, remove the slices of meat from the pan, add the sour cream and the rest of the spices, mix and then add the meat. Honestly next time I will make more sauce, meaning I will add more cooking cream because my family licked their fingers and asked for a supplement :)
