Strawberry and Cream Cake

Today we will do Strawberry and Cream Cake. Fluffy countertop with vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries from my garden and cream.

Countertop ingredients:
6 egg whites
6 yolks
6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons sugar

Put the egg whites in a bowl and whisk them with the mixer. When they are well foamed we can start to add the sugar gradually, mixing continuously. Then add the egg yolks and flour. We mix everything well.

We put the composition obtained in a tray with a size of 38x26 cm greased with oil and lined with baking paper. Bake the countertop at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes, or until it turns golden on top, and if we stick a toothpick in the middle, it comes out clean.

Ingredients for the rest of the cake:
500 grams of strawberries cut in half
300 ml of liquid cream
200 grams of sugar
350 ml of milk
1 sachet of vanilla pudding

In a bowl, mix the pudding powder with the sugar and a few tablespoons of milk to form a homogeneous paste. Put the rest of the milk in a saucepan and let it boil.

When the milk boils, put the mixture made earlier in it and mix continuously with a wooden spoon until it thickens.

As soon as we take the pudding off the heat, we place it over the baking tray and spread it evenly. Over we immediately arrange halves of strawberries.

When the top and the pudding have cooled, we can beat the whipped cream with the mixer.

Put the cream over the cake.

The cake is ready! Look how good it looks! The top is very fluffy, the pudding is sweet, and the fresh strawberries together with the cream have a wonderful taste.


The "invisible" apple cake. It simply melts in your mouth!

The apple cake is very fine and has a layered and creamy texture. Her recipe was invented by sisters Margherita and Valeria Simili, who published it in their book "La buona cucina di casa".

The dough is practically invisible in the prepared cake. You will have the feeling that you are eating a refined cream and layered with fruit, which simply melts in your mouth. Disappears immediately from the plate!

We recommend this delicacy to those who love desserts with lots of fruit and a little dough!

INGREDIENT:

-70-80 g of sugar (adjust the amount according to your taste depending on the sweetness of the apples)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Grate the peel of the lemon, then squeeze the juice.

2. Peel apples and stalks. Cut them into thin slices (you can use the mandolin).

3. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice so that they do not oxidize. Lemon juice also enhances the taste of the cake.

4. Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, grated lemon peel and a pinch of salt. Mix everything until you get a fluffy and whitish composition.

5.Add the milk and mix.

6.Then gradually add the sifted flour together with the baking powder. Mix the dough with the mixer.

7. Pour it over the apples and mix carefully.

8. Transfer the apples covered with dough to a round tray, 22 cm in diameter, lined with baking paper. Place them nicely and evenly.

9. Bake the cake for about 45-55 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C. Check that it is ready by the toothpick test: it must come out clean from the middle of the cake.

10. Allow the cake to cool. Then place it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

11. Portion it and serve it.

You can prepare the "invisible" cake with pears, nectarines or other hard fruits, which can be cut into neat slices.

From the obtained crust we spread two sheets the size of the tray in which you bake the cake. Take a sheet and spread it in the tray, which has previously been greased with oil and lined with flour. Over this first sheet, spread the composition made of apples and the other ingredients, then roll on the rolling pin and the second sheet - so as not to break - and roll over the apple filling, then prick the dough with fork and grease with egg. Place the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes, until it acquires a slightly golden color.

After removing the cake from the oven, leave it to cool and dust with sugar.

Apple and bicolor cake recipe

Apple cake - a brilliantly simple recipe, but extremely tasty from just 4 ingredients!

Apple cake. Certainly every housewife has such a recipe. The dough is soft, light and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Choose apples not hard and sour.

INGREDIENT:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, mix with the mixer for 3-5 minutes and gradually incorporate the sugar, increasing the speed of the mixer. You need to get a fluffy and light composition. The formation of the crust is due to the long mixing and the use of a sufficient amount of sugar. If the apples are sweet, add less sugar. Even without the crust, the cake remains just as delicious.

2. Gradually incorporate the flour and mix at medium speed until smooth.

3. Line the form (23 cm) with baking paper and grease the base with butter.

4. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices directly into the form. If you use processed apples from the store, remove the peel as well.

5. Pour the dough and mix a little, so that it bakes well and evenly.

6. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes, depending on the size of the form and the oven.

7. Take the toothpick test. If the surface of the cake is brown and the middle is raw, cover it with foil and put it back in the oven (usually the cake is ready in 10 minutes).
