For the cream: 300 gr of cream cheese, a diced red pepper, 200 gr diced pressed ham, a finely chopped green onion, a bunch of finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste and grated cheese for decoration .

The ingredients I needed:

1. Beat the eggs well, add the milk and 5-6 tablespoons of flour.
2. Washed and cleaned greens are cut into small pieces and added over the initially prepared composition.
3. Add the rest of the flour, baking powder, melted cheese cut into pieces and grated cheese. Pour the composition obtained in the form of silicone muffins (I have the shape of roses) and put in the oven approx. 40 min. until they are ripe (I try the muffins with a skewer stick).
Appetizer with spinach, mushrooms and cream cheese
To prepare the top, separate the egg whites from the yolk. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
The yolks together with the oil, salt and spinach are rubbed in a bowl until smooth. Spinach can be frozen, canned or fresh. If you use canned spinach, it must be drained very well, and if you use it fresh (I used it fresh), it must be scalded for 2-3 minutes and then drained and finely chopped.
When the composition is homogeneous, add sour cream, flour and baking powder. Mix well avoiding the formation of lumps.
The egg whites are incorporated in 2-3 installments in the spinach composition, mixing gently to obtain a fluffy composition.
Bake the composition in a pan the size of a stove, lined with baking paper for about 20 minutes. If you have a faster oven, check the tray after 15 minutes. The countertop should not be browned.

The red layers and Crispy puff pastry is perfectly complemented by the creamy wave of cheese and baked peppers, and the & # 8220Padurea neagra & # 8221 ham, with its smoke and spice aroma, gives the necessary consistency and extra flavor. It is a very easy appetizer to make, excellent for a party with friends, but also for a more pretentious meal. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper. Spread the puff pastry sheet. Make sure it is quite thick (minimum 0.5 cm thick)! Cut squares with a side of 5 cm if you want to serve the cubes at a buffet table, or 10 cm, for a table & # 8220seated & # 8221. Place the squares in the pan and grease them with beaten egg. Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the squares, nicely swollen, take on a golden tint. Let them cool. Meanwhile, place the cream cheese, green onions and baked peppers in a bowl.
Blend with a blender until you get a smooth cream. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the degree of sourness, adding a little lemon juice. With a very sharp knife, cut in two, horizontally, the puff pastry cube. On the base, put the cream cheese with baked peppers, then a slice of ham. Place the dough lid on top.
Serve the cubes immediately after assembly (if you leave them too long, the puff pastry will soften).

Breaded mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese
400 gr fresh, small mushrooms (sheep, vines)
200 gr cow's milk
50 gr cheese
1 leg dill, parsley or green onion (each choose according to taste, I used parsley)
100 gr flour
100 gr pesmet
Remove the legs of the mushrooms, wash them and drain them well of water. Mix in a bowl the cheese with dill, 2 eggs, cheese on a large grater, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture.
Add 2 mushrooms each, remove the excess composition and catch them with a toothpick.
Pass the mushroom pairs through the flour,
then beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil.
Appetizer cubes with cream cheese and salmon
In a cake pan we place a food foil in such a way that it completely covers the side walls and place the slices of bread on the bottom.
Cream cheese is mixed with sour cream.
Add the smoked salmon cut into small cubes and the finely chopped dill. Season with sea salt and white pepper.

Cut a few slices of bread into cubes, "roll" them in a little butter and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and pepper, put them in a tray and put them in the oven (175 degrees), until they turn golden.

Method of preparation:
1. Prepare a rectangular tray with a size of 22/33 cm. which we will wallpaper with eight paper. Then we put it aside.
* ready dough because it has to stay cold. We proceed like this:
1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and start kneading by hand for about 3-4 minutes, no more.
Note:Even if not all the pieces of butter have melted, there is no problem. The main idea is not to knead too much so that the dough does not soften too much from the heat of the hands.
So, in conclusion, we will knead only until the ingredients are incorporated and a sticky and homogeneous dough is formed.
3. We put the cheese mixture in two tranches in a food processor and we grind it until we get a fine paste.
Note:If instead of cow's cheese you will use cream cheese then this step is no longer necessary.
