Boil the pasta al dente in water with a little salt. Strain and pass quickly under a stream of cold water, then mix with sour cream, crumbled bellows cheese, grated telemeau and eggs, until all ingredients are incorporated. The pasta mixture is placed in a heat-resistant tray, greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs. Smoked cheese from Delaco is now grated. The pasta is baked in the preinics oven for approx. 15 minutes, over medium heat, until golden on top.
Serve hot or cold, with the addition of sour cream, for who is allowed: D, according to everyone's taste.
