A recipe of French origin ... very easy to make, with few ingredients ... similar to a pudding. Good with any kind of fruit but just as good with vegetables !!!
I took the recipe from Timi>: D <...

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons caster sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 9 tablespoons white flour type '00'
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 large apricots
  • butter (for greased tray)
  • powdered sugar (for powdering)

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARATION Clafoutis with apricots:

We wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the seeds.

Take a round baking tray and grease with butter. Place the apricot halves in the pan.

Separately put in a bowl whole eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well.

Then add the flour and continue mixing. Add the milk little by little and mix until the ingredients have mixed well and obtain a composition similar to that for pancakes.

Put the composition in the pan over the apricots, level and put the pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven when ready, let the cake cool and dust with powdered sugar, as desired.
