Beef with potatoes and yolks

Beef with potatoes and yolks

I washed the potatoes well and boiled them, with the peel, in salted water. I cut the meat into slices, and I washed the yolks and let them drain well in a strainer. I peeled the boiled potatoes, let them cool and then cut them into quarters. I peeled the garlic and cut it into thin slices. I heated the oil and fried the garlic slices in it until they changed a little. I took out the garlic and fried the slices of meat in the aromatic oil, over a high heat, taking care to turn them on all sides. When the meat was ready, I took it out in a bowl and fried it in the same yellow oil.

The yellows left a lot of juice. When the yolks were ready, I added the meat and potatoes.

In a bowl I mixed the wine with honey and a tablespoon of lemon juice. I poured this composition in a wok, over the rest of the ingredients. I restrained the fire, covered the wok with a lid and let them all befriend for 10 minutes. At the end I matched the taste of the food with salt and ground pepper and then I added the finely chopped parsley.

I served the food immediately. Impressions? The food was foooooooarte good and for sure and without regrets I overcame my fear of yellows. Therefore, I will not avoid them in the future. Kiss my hand for dinner!
