I mixed mascarpone with powdered sugar, then I incorporated in 3-4 tranches the completely cooled vanilla pudding. You can put a few diced strawberries on top of the cookie sheet.

Put vanilla pudding cream with mascarpone on top and level. Leave the cake in the fridge for 2-4 hours, then you can decorate it and cut it.

To make the strawberry gargles, I cut the strawberries in half. I chose to section them so that they look like gargoyles, meaning they have a rounded triangular shape in the corners.

I put water in a small pot to heat it. In this I put the envelope with chocolate icing. When it melted I made a very small hole in the envelope and decorated the strawberries making for the beginning & # 8220head & # 8221 that is, I colored one of the tips and drew a strip of chocolate in the middle. 1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they become a hard foam. Add one tablespoon of sugar at a time and mix for 5 minutes. Add the vinegar, vanilla essence and starch, then mix for another 15 minutes.

2. On a tray lined with baking paper, draw a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm. Using a posh or even a spoon, take the meringue and fill the circle with a layer of about 4 cm. Level it well and distribute the rest of the meringue evenly on the edges so that the inside of the circle remains empty, like a basket. The cream will be placed here

Start by hand-preparing the strawberries passed under running water and drained.

Mix the whipped cream well (no sugar & # 8211 are sweet cream and white chocolate) and set it aside.

Place biscuits syruped in slightly warm milk (do not use a sweet syrup, the biscuits are sweet enough) and then, on the sides of the ring, inside, put slices of strawberries.

Lightly pour the cream, add the strawberry and banana pieces, then place a layer of lightly syrupy biscuits again.

Put strawberries on the sides again, pour the cream, put banana cubes and strawberries and place the last layer of biscuits.

Grease it with 2-3 tablespoons of cream and place it on top of the strawberry slices.

Take it carefully (it's hard) and put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours or better overnight.
